We do not have any return policy as, we are a  bespoke model. You are requested to place order only after confirming from our company and after thoroughly satisfying with all your queries  related to any products listed. 

All the manufacturing details will be provided for the particular machine along with the warranty. 

The parts under warranty will be replaced if they are not tampered or deliberately damaged. 

Any services after warranty will be chargeable.
